About the job
You are the person colleagues come to with a contract question, a training request or a problem they would rather not put in an email. You also run recruitment for a site that competes for technical people in a tight region.
It is a broad role in a small team, which means you decide a lot yourself.
What you will do
- Run recruitment end to end, from vacancy text to signed contract
- Handle contracts, absence and the monthly payroll input
- Advise team leads on development, assessment and training budgets
- Keep the collective labour agreement and Dutch employment law applied correctly
What you bring
- HBO level in human resources or comparable, with a few years of practice
- You know Dutch employment law and the metal sector agreement
- Approachable on the shop floor and precise in the paperwork
- Dutch at native level, German or English a plus
